Lenz LS-100 multifunction 4 output accessory decoder
Operates twin coil (3 wire) single coil (2 wire) solenoid motors and stall/slow action motors

General Information
The accessory decoder receives the commands send by the central command station through the power module and, for example, controls the switch machines on your turnouts (or the other devices). The commands are initiated from your input devices, such as the Basic Hand Held LH100, the Tower Cab LW100, the Computer Interface LI100 or the command station converter module LC100 (in connection with an Arnold or Märklin Digital system).

The accessory decoder LS100 are equipped with 4 outputs, with 3 terminals (+,C,-) each. These outputs can be connected to 4 twin-coil switch machines (or twin-coil actuators for your signals).
Slow action (stall) motors can be operated by using the optional LA010 module

Specifications of LS100
* Outputs can be set for Pulsed, Continuous or flashing (alternate) output.
* Outputs can be controlled by external switches (optional/not supplied)
* Up to 4 function devices each with a twin output can be connected to each LS100. Power for these function devices can by supplied by the track power or through an external power supply.
* Each function device output can have its characteristics individually set (by programming). In this way you can program each output with a variable pulse duration, a variable flashing operation or to constant operation.
This allows the direct connection of light bulbs or LEDs without additional relays.

The LS100 also has a connection for the feedback bus of the DIGITAL plus system.
If the feedback bus is connected, then the position of turnouts can be sent back to the system (when using switch equipped turnout motors).
It is then possible to display &/or detect a turnout being thrown by either DCC or by hand.

Electrical specifications:
Supply voltage: 8 - 18V AC or pulsing DC
8 - 25V pure DC (battery, lab power supply).
