Lenz LH100 firmware upgrade to (V3.6)

All systems shipped since May 2008 already have the new software

This product is the upgrade chip only, (for DIY installation) and includes a manual detailing the new functionality.

We recommend that this upgrade is made along with an upgrade to V3.6 for your LZ/LV100 for best results.

Please note: The Lenz Warranty does not cover damage caused installation of the upgrade chip. We suggest that you select this option only if you are familiar with exchanging LCC integrated circuits. You will also require an P/LCC extraction tool. (below)

The new Lenz Version 3.6 software addresses the need for additional functions needed by sound decoders.
The system is now be able to handle F0-F28. Each function has the ability to set momentary or on/off. Lenz have also added some further enhancements :
1) Full support for all NMRA functions
2) Ability to read CVs on the main (requires a Railcom equipped decoder and a Railcom detector)
3) Functions are not sent on startup allowing sound decoders to remain off until they receive a packet.
4) Improved database support
5) Improved programming support to make it easier to program sound decoders, even higher current ones
6) Full access to all 1024 CVs in both service mode and ops mode
7) A full stack in the LH100 whose size is user settable
8) Single key access to read or write a sequence of CVs
9) Functions F1-F8 are refreshed. The user can change this to refresh F1-F4 or F1-F28 if desired.
