Shipping Policy
Please note that hazardous items (chemicals etc.) cannot be supplied to NON-UK MAINLAND residents due to shipping regulations.
We endevour to ensure that all orders recieved and paid for by 3:30pm are shipped on the day of purchase (Except during Saturday's, Sunday's and Public and/or Company holidays, when the 1st available working day will be used)). Items that are out of stock will be notifed to you ASAP. We will not charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship If you select the 'Best Way' flat rate postage, we will shop using our choice of method, and the item will be insured for its full value. If you need items urgently, or have ordered a high value, then we suggest you select registered, or special delivery to provide insurance on your shipment

Returns & Refunds When goods leave DCC Supplies Ltd. they are checked to make sure they are in good condition before shipping. If they are damaged when they arrive, it is therefore damage that has occurred in transit. If you need to return goods for any reason, whether they have been damaged in transit or are faulty, please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently: 1. Give the reason for the return on the back of the invoice. 2. If you do not have the original invoice, please send us a note detailing the reason for return. This note MUST include your order number, which you will be able to find in Your Account, linked from the top right-hand of the DCC Supplies Ltd. shop. 3. In the case of a faulty product please provide a full description of the fault on the back of the invoice. 4. Wrap the item securely in its original packaging. 5. Then send the package (via recorded or special delivery, as items lost or damaged in the post are your responsibility)to the address below
Distance selling and your right to cancel: You can cancel or withdraw from your order within 1 week (7 days) of receiving your goods. No reason is necessary for the withdrawal, which you must give in writing (an e-mail will suffice) or by returning the goods, (please include a copy of your origional order, or invoice). Goods must be returned complete, unopened, and in original packaging. This right will have been fulfilled if you return the goods before the expiry of this period to:

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. DCC Supplies Ltd. are not responsible for returned items lost in the post or insufficient postage paid.
Shipping Rates Our shipping rates are as selcted by you during checkout. They include registered or special delivery dependent on value. They also include a contribution to packing materials and processing costs. Overseas orders are shipped at cost, plus a handling charge
Where is my order? We aim to espatch items on the same day as order. Firstly you need to check your order status. You can do this in My Account. If the order status is set to Order received, your order has been placed, but not accepted. If the status is set to Waiting for payment, then your payment has not yet been processed. This may be if you have sent a cheque, which has not yet cleared. If it is set to Updated, then your credit card payment has been accepted but your order has not yet been sent. If it is set as Processing/Packing then your payment has been processed and your order is waiting to be packed up. If it is set to Shipped then your order has been sent. The status backordered means that one or more of the items in your order are unable to be shipped, you will be contacted with full information. You will be sent an email each time your order status changes.
Whilst we use our best endeavours to ship your order as soon as possible, speed shall not be of the essence unless specified as such in writing at the time of order, we shall not be held liable for items once placed in the care of our delivery agent. Items chosen by the customer to ship via an uninsured method are be sent at the customers own risk.
