Highly detailed models of the GWR suburban non-corridor coaches formed into a 4-coach set with two brake thirds and two composite coaches. Set finished as Birmingham division suburban Set 45 in Great Western chocolate & cream livery with twin cities crests. (1930-1934)
Fully finished Ready to Run models with finescale wheels, full interior, lighting and working tail lamp.

The GWR Birmingham division had several routes where more than 2 coach sets were regularly required, particularly to the larger towns surrounding Birmingham like Leamington Spa, Warwick and Stratford-on-Avon. Hence on the Birmingham division 'B set' was a four coach train formed brake third - composite - composite - brake third (B3-C-C-B3), not the common 2-coach formations used in the South West. These trains were hauled by a number of locomotive types, most commonly the GWR 45xx small prairie and later 5101 class large prairie tank engines, though the 43xx 2-6-0 moguls were appreciated for longer runs as the tenders held more water.

Supplied as a complete set of 4 coaches comprising detailed models of GWR diagram D109 brake 3rd and E141 composite suburban coaches.
