An operational model of a GWR lower quadrant square post home signal.

A detailed fully operating signal with white LED lighting, which shines through the red or green spectacle lens of the moving signal arm, indicating the position during night operations. A fine etched steel ladder is also fitted.
The signal fits through a 14mm diameter hole (base diameter is 13mm) in the baseboard (use a flat bit in a power drill - see below), this allows the motor and electronics to be fitted out of sight below the baseboard.
Supplied ready for operation from a 16VAC supply, using a push to make or spring action switch (not supplied). The signal will NOT operate from a DCC accessory decoder 'out of the box' For DCC operation a relay should be used, which is in turn, driven by a pulsed output from the accessory decoder.
