All testimonials have been collated from courses only and no other arms of the business per se. However, all are also DCC customers and do purchase across the year and on the days of training in person.

Our Courses

B Walker. (Warwickshire)
I have actually been on 6 courses at DCC Supplies now and everyone has been excellent, especially the 'specialist' courses on certain products, such as that on the ECOS system. The reason the courses are so good is because Andy Forty more than 'knows' his subject, and as such, can impart sound, practical and in-depth knowledge on the whole gambit of DCC Train control. Excellent courses, excellent lunch, and thoroughly worthwhile.
Mr Bowden - (Hereford)
I feel that customers for DCC Supplies can depend on a reliable service and feel that they are getting all the attention that they could ever wish for. The DCC staff have exceeded my expectations regarding their helpfulness. Courses are run in a friendly atmosphere with sufficient staff to enable the attendees to have the course tailored to their specific needs and skill levels. I will be attending future courses when they occur.
DCC Supplies are my first choice when addressing my DCC requirements.
As a newcomer to digital control I thought I needed an introduction to the subject before embarking on my first digital layout. I attended the 'Designing for DCC' course and was not disappointed. It was a very friendly atmosphere led by and amongst fellow enthusiasts. All my questions were answered and fears allayed. I will certainly attend more courses and purchase my equipment from the knowledgeable and friendly people at DCC Supplies.
Vic (Mid Wales)
I travelled to the centre from Mid Wales and found it easy to get to. I met with a warm welcome and found the owners and staff very accommodating, I'm stuck with an electric wheelchair. I have in the past been heavily involved with model making and model trains of various gauges but soldering and electrics were beyond me.
The seminar commenced with a lecture, well more of a talk, interrupted by the class with questions of all calibres. Our tutor was extremely patient with his explanations passing the much needed information to the likes of me with little to no experience of led's, resistors and wires.
The morning session ended with lunch and having an open chat with the other pupils.
The afternoon brought the practical elements of soldering. A bit a problem for me as my hands suffer from a shaking problem. However I cannot compliment both the tutor and another member of staff seconded to help, enough, they were brilliant giving me the confidence to go away with an enthusiasm to practice. Using the tools and techniques as suggested I am slowly getting better.
There are I believe plans to have a course to build brass kits. As soon as its available and funds permit I'll be there. I really cannot praise them enough.
Thanks to all and hope to see you again in the near future.
K Morris (Coventry)
This is not the first course I have been on at DCC Supplies. The course is very informative and makes decoding of my locomotives not just easy but fun as well. The presentation was clear and I felt that Andy explained the work clearly for all to understand and answered all our questions.
