Designing for DCC

A FULL 1 day introductory workshop on building a DCC layout, including choosing a DCC system, from 10am till 4.30pm

Proposed Course Dates: (subject to a minimum 3 attendees)

This course presumes no knowledge of DCC, and includes:

• An introduction to DCC
• Basics of DCC layout design and conversion
• Choosing a DCC system
• DCC Vs Conventional DC
• What's the difference between a decoder & a command station?
• Overviews of the DCC systems we sell.
• Design considerations, Point choice and modifications
• Electronics and DCC
• Demonstration and playtime!

Tea and Coffee are available throughout the day, and a Full lunch is included included. Please contact us if you have special dietary requirements.
